You rattled off some GREAT ones. "MacGuyver" is a true guilty pleasure. I still love watching "Magnum" too.

On the movie front, "Necessary Roughness" definitely deserves mention. I'm also a sucker for "The Replacements" -- Keanu Reeves and Gene Hackman in a football movie? It shouldn't work, but it does (for me at least).

Prison Break - Plot holes so big you could fall through them, but TOTAL EYE CANDY! Love Sara and Michael... do a search for "Sara Michael kiss" on youtube.com and watch some of the music vids people created. Hilarious!
