My tremendous apologies if this has already been mentioned...I didn't see it in other threads...
Damon and Carlton said on their last podcast that in tonight's rerun there would be a "few new questions" in the press conference scene. If I recall, that was maybe 15 minutes into the ep. Just wanted to pass it along...The new info is probably not any huge revelations but might be interesting. Here's to a terrific season finale! |

So, we know the others who made it off the plane were -- Libby, Boone, and Charlie.
I think those were interesting choices. The deaths span season one, two and three, don't they? Or did Boone die in early season two? |

But why why why? Why? Do you think it was an elaboration to make the story more believable...to prevent this sort of thing, "Oh sure, out all of those passengers you 5, one of whom was pregnant, are the only ones to make it out of the plane alive AND you all survived the aftermath as well?" So they came up with, "Oh, no. There were 8 of us, three died." Charlie drowned so no body, but Libby and Boone are connected to really big money. Someone who cares about them could decide to fly to Membata to retrieve the remains. I am flummoxed. This message has been edited. Last edited by: undaunted, |

I'm stumped as well. I can't think of any connection those three have to the world or to the 6 that would merit a mention of their survival.

I think they picked these three because...
1. They are actually dead (as far as we know) 2. If one is correct, there is no way for any of them to escape the island and ruin the lie... |
