2) I loved that they showed Jack walking in on Kate in the shower, not apologizing, and forcing her to leave to get dressed. And then he got all pissy at Locke for shaving while he was in the shower. (You'd think if those 40 people even showered once every 3 days, it'd still be pretty busy in there.) I don't blame her for being sorry she kissed him.

3) Did anyone catch if the Dharma food had a symbol in the middle, like the swan? It looked all black to me.

Hey, did anyone see that map on the wall last night in the hatch when Locke was trapped under the door?!?!?!? i think that means something, what do you think? It looked like an alien landing pad, I'm not sure.

Yeah, I hate to admit it, but Jack has been pretty pissy lately. However, I think Kate said "I'm sorry I kissed you" because she thought it made things awkward between her and Jack. But since Jack replied, "I'm not," I don't think Kate's sorry about it anymore. Those two have great chemistry. I think something big will happen between them before this season is over. I think they are going to get it on (finally!) or they'll get in a huge fight. I'm hoping for the former, cause that'd be hot!

Good juxtaposition of scenes. I wouldn't have noticed the irony if they weren't in the same episode. Here's an amusing scene switch I caught (and I'm not implying that it has any meaning, just that it amused me):

The scene of Eko and Claire on the beach seemed to have no meaning - they talk about Aaron being the brother of Moses, just small talk, as Eko grooms his whacking stick. But it came directly after the washing machine scene with Libby and the camera flashed straight from a close-up of Libby to the bit of Eko's stick that said "Titus."

I've no idea what that references in the bible, but it was the name of the Libby actress's first sitcom.

Has Kate kissed Sawyer as well? For some reason I can't explain, I have a soft spot for him. But as far as kissing the guy, can't do it without passing out...I can smell him through my TV! PU

Yes, season 1 Sawyer tricked Kate into kissing him. Didn't look like she minded it too much though!

I've been lurking for awhile and this is my first post. Looked around and didn't see this topic so hope I am not repeating anything.

During the recap when they showed the scene where the others had Kate and Zeke called out to bring her out he actually said "Alex, bring her out." Is he refering to the girl Alex that we see later in the medical hatch? Any significance to this?

Actually, there's pretty handy FIND button, with the magnefying glass icon, on the toolbar that would be more helpful than scrolling through these numerous posts.

If you search for Alex, you get tons - if you search for Alex Bring, it narrows it considerably, and might point you to some discussions worth checking out. Welcome aboard!

This is SO much more fun now that people know each other a bit more. It is like a bit like being at a party and wandering from conversation to conversation, knowing all the "players".

Ugotta, I agree, you have been very nice. It's just so fun watching SKM play you, though.

Welcome, Arionis. It's not as bad as you think. There are a few fairly obvious things that have been discussed at length but if you have a good thought, go for it. It might strike a spark. Just watch for the storm after next week's new episode.

Please, though, don't tell everyone what the numbers add up to. That is a stone kiss of death and it is likely that even the new, huggy, kissy ugotta could not hold back.
