From the videos I've seen, one of the biggest stories is the writing on Charlie's hand. It asks, "Am I Alive?" Discuss.

Never did see a clear video shot of his hand (waving to the crowd at Comic Con, NOT from the show), but could tell there was something written on it from the best HD video I found. However, this NYT story seems to confirm it (see paragraph near bottom of first page beginning "The biggest tease ..."):

I think it means nothing ... like the author says, just a big tease. As for the dcpb web site, shameless hucksterism for tacky black velvet posters, apparently. Even if there are clues buried in the posters, I don't care ... have any of the Easter eggs ever yielded anything of real value to date? Of course, I have watched the first two Mysteries videos, but I'm not going to waste time trying to find clues in those either (although at least I have found them entertaining so far):
